In a word, relax.  We always like to inform residents and retailers well in advance of any gas works happening in their area.  Everyone in your area will have received a similar letter in their letterbox to let them know when work will begin and what to expect.  Following this, there will be a card drop to remind people of the date when works will commence.  You can also find out more at our website here.
